What We Do

• Managing Airbnb & rental property trash schedules

• Optional add‑on services (bin sanitation, odor control, overflow support)

You represent the Shield — protecting neighborhoods from missed pickups, messy bins, and schedule stress.

Independent Contractor Role

All Trash Bin Valets work as Independent Contractors, not employees. This means you:

• Set your own availability within service windows

• Are paid per route or per assignment

• Handle your own taxes

• Do not receive employee benefits

• Work under a contractor agreement, not an employment contract

This role is perfect for people who want flexibility, autonomy, and consistent weekly income.

What We Look For

How Payment Works

Contractors are paid through our digital payment system based on:

• Completed routes

• Completed pickups

• Add‑on services (if offered)

No hourly wages — you earn per service.
